CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Experts Plan (“Experts Plan,” “Company,” “We,” or “Us”) provides premium consulting and digital services designed to deliver measurable results when clients follow our structured process. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
GENERAL PRINCIPLES
- All payments made to Experts Plan are non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
- Our guarantee, if any, applies only when the client has followed every requirement and step outlined in the onboarding documentation and agreed-upon terms.
- Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will not be honored.
OUR GUARANTEE REQUIREMENTS
If our services include a performance guarantee (such as generating a certain number of qualified calls or results within a set timeframe), the guarantee is strictly conditional on the client’s compliance with the following:
1. Timely Information Submission
- All requested materials, such as brand assets, access to ad accounts, CRM credentials, and other necessary tools, must be provided within the timeframe outlined during onboarding.
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information void the guarantee.
2. Active Participation
- The client must attend all scheduled strategy, review, and progress calls.
- If the client cannot attend, a 24-hour notice is required, and a rescheduled call must occur within 7 days.
3. Implementation of Recommendations
- All recommendations provided by our team, including changes to funnels, pricing structures, ad creatives, and automation steps, must be implemented promptly by the client.
- Non-compliance with implementation timelines voids the guarantee.
4. Ad Budget Commitment
- The client must allocate the recommended ad budget as agreed during strategy discussions.
- Under-spending or pausing ad campaigns without prior written approval from Experts Plan voids the guarantee.
5. Communication and Response
- The client must respond to our team’s requests for updates, approvals, or feedback within 48 hours.
- Extended periods of non-communication (more than 5 business days) result in forfeiture of the guarantee.
6. Payment Obligations
- All invoices must be paid on or before the due date. Late payments result in automatic suspension of the guarantee.
7. Prohibited Actions
- Clients may not make unauthorized changes to campaigns, funnels, or systems set up by Experts Plan during the engagement period.
- Any such interference voids the guarantee.
REFUND CONDITIONS
- Experts Plan does not provide refunds for partial or full services under normal circumstances.
- Refunds will only be considered if:
- A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of service activation AND
- The client has met all guarantee requirements in full but did not receive the guaranteed result within the specified timeframe.
PROCESS TO CLAIM UNDER GUARANTEE
1. Submit a written claim to [email protected] within 7 business days of the guarantee period ending.
2. Provide evidence of compliance with all listed conditions, including:
- Proof of timely information submission
- Confirmation of meeting attendance
- Records of ad spend and implementation steps
3. Allow our team up to 14 business days to review your claim and verify eligibility.
NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
- Claims submitted after the specified timeframe
- Claims where compliance cannot be verified
- Claims from clients who paused, delayed, or altered campaigns without approval
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By engaging with Experts Plan services and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. You also acknowledge that your eligibility for any guarantee is strictly dependent on meeting all requirements stated herein.
